Underneath the driver

A round support to hold the LED and the lens cover To isolate from LED aluminum board to the heat sink to ensure more isulation. To avoid LED chip set moving and lens cover moving.

To block from LED aluminum electric conducting to the heat sink thus to ensure human being touching the heat sink when light is working.
